The Villa

Is situated in a quiet residential community, a central point for easy access to all the main attractions.

The property provides a comfortable fully air conditioned living accommodation for 8 people (10 with sofa bed in the lounge).

There are two master bedrooms with en suites together with hairdryers one en suite has bath and shower the other has a large shower area. Two twin bedrooms share a large family bathroom complete with bath and shower making it suitable for 2 families to enjoy.

For your comfort and convenience the villa’s kitchen is open plan and fully equipped (complete with all upgraded appliances) for a family home including cooker, microwave, coffee machine, iron, ironing board, dishes, towels, linens as well as cutlery, pots and pans etc.

Please note however that beach towels are not provided.

The villa’s large living area includes a dining area with table and chairs. Also a light airy breakfast nook with table and chairs for those quick early morning snacks.

There are comfortable sofas in the family room together with a large TV screen offering 75 multi cable channels, together with dvd.

The spacious family room has everything to make your stay at our villa as comfortable as possible including a small selection of books, box games and videos.

The highlight is, of course, your own private pool and patio area, screened to enjoy the comfort of sitting 'out' in the evening. The pool area has table and chairs on the patio deck and the lounges have deep padded cushions. There is also an area, which provides shade and shelter. Keeping an eye on the children couldn’t be easier as you have great views of the pool from the family room. The pool is ideal for you to relax underneath the warm Florida sun. Outside of the screen area is a gas barbeque.

The pool can be heated for an additional weekly charge of £70.00 (dollar equilvent) this may be needed for bookings between the months of october and may. If required please book prior to departure.

The outside dining area is spacious and comfortable with overhead fan and light. The south facing aspect of the villa ensures the sun all day with the gardens both at the villa and resort being regularly maintained by the maintenance team.

There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier – no need to bring a fully packed suitcase.

Cot & Mattress and High chair are available within the villa however you will need to supply your own linen and bedding.
One of the most appealing factors here is the double garage ideal for keeping your car cool and shaded no need to jump in and wait several minutes while the air conditioning starts to work

Our professional management team ensures that the property is fully cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. It is important that the property be left clean and tidy at the end of the rental period additional cleaning services are available upon request.
